| Dr. Ian McConnell
Ian completed his Ph.D. on 'Tools for the Understanding
of SAR Images' at the University of Liverpool in 2002 . He has published
some 15 papers on SAR image formation and interpretation and has
six years experience of SAR related algorithmic development. Some
examples of his work include:
- Development of segmentation and despeckling algorithms
(single, multi-dimensional and polarimetric images)
- Linear feature detection.
- Large scale segmentation change detection and point
target detection.
- Interferometric phase unwrapping.
He is currently Chief Research Officer at InfoSAR Limited.
